Robert J. Mylod is former Chairman and CEO of Michigan National Corporation, and is a former board member of Visa - USA, Pulte Group, Inc. and the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, Detroit Branch.

Earlier, Mr. Mylod served as President and Chief Operating Officer of the Federal National Mortgage Association (FNMA); President of Advance Mortgage Company, Detroit; and as a Vice President of Citicorp (now Citigroup), N. Y.

After graduating from St. John's University, N.Y., Mr. Mylod served the U.S. Navy for over six years, three of them active. He retired as a Lieutenant. 

He is former Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Christendom College and Chairman of its Governance Committee. He is a former board (and Investment Committee) member at Franciscan University, Steubenville; Cornerstone Schools; Henry Ford Health System; Detroit Symphony; and Angels Place, Detroit.

Mr. Mylod is an Advisory Board member of Christ Medicus Foundation which seeks to reclaim Christ-centered health care. He is also Co-Chairman of the National Advisory Board of the Cardinal Newman Society which seeks to encourage authentic Catholic education on Catholic college campuses. He is a minority owner in the Orlando based Timothy Plan, a partnership which operates a group of mutual funds dedicated to investing in morally committed public companies. Mylod is past president of the Jersey Shore chapter of Legatus. He and his wife, Monica, are now active members of its Jacksonville, FL chapter where he serves as a board member. 

Mr. Mylod is a member of the Order of Malta and serves in Prison Ministry in the Florida prison system. Both Mr. and Mrs. Mylod are Eucharistic Ministers and serve on medical missions to the Dominican Republic. 

The Mylods have six children and 18 grandchildren and reside in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL.
